Shawn Taylor

With more than two decades of experience in luxury and resort real estate, Shawn Taylor has built a career defined by strategic leadership, market expertise, and exceptional client service.

In 2005, Shawn acquired a local Century 21 franchise and transformed it into one of North Idaho's most successful brokerages. Over the next six years, he grew the company from just three agents to more than fifty, leading the firm to become the highest-producing brokerage by sales volume in the Sandpoint MLS. Throughout his career, he has consistently ranked among Idaho's top-performing real estate professionals.

Today, Shawn serves as the Designated Broker for Discovery Land Company's prestigious Gozzer Ranch Golf & Lake Club, one of the nation's most exclusive private golf and lake communities. In this role, he oversees and negotiates highly complex transactions for an exceptionally discerning clientele, bringing a level of discretion, sophistication, and strategic guidance rarely found in today's real estate market.

Sean Elliott brings a unique blend of real estate, entrepreneurship, and brand-building experience to Timberveil Real Estate Co. A Sandpoint native, Sean spent more than two decades building and leading businesses across the outdoor, consumer products, and e-commerce industries before returning home to pursue a career in real estate. His professional background includes executive leadership, product development, digital marketing, and brand strategy, providing a broader perspective on how properties are positioned, marketed, and ultimately experienced by buyers.

As Creative Director for Timberveil, Sean oversees the firm's brand, marketing, and storytelling initiatives, helping showcase the lifestyle, character, and unique attributes that define North Idaho's most desirable lake, ski, and golf communities. He also serves as Director of Digital for Elliott Cole Home, where he leads brand strategy and digital marketing for one of the region's premier luxury home and design destinations.

Having lived throughout the Rocky Mountain West—including Vail, Denver, and Bozeman—before returning to Sandpoint, Sean brings both regional perspective and local knowledge to every client relationship. His approach combines thoughtful guidance, strategic communication, and a deep appreciation for the mountain lifestyle, helping buyers and sellers navigate important decisions with confidence and clarity.
